Ed, raised on a farm, developed a livestock feed program that evolved into a business selling feed additive blends regionally, nationally, and internationally. He runs the business with his wife Erma and their three sons. Ed also has two daughters and 11 grandchildren.

Speaker: Bishop David Bulimu

Bishop David Bulimu is a dedicated husband, father, coach, and mentor with a background in medical laboratory work and a degree in counseling psychology. He is completing a master’s in clinical psychology, driven by his commitment to emotional well-being. As founder and Bishop of Zion Temple Global Ministries, he provides spiritual leadership and support, making a lasting impact through both his medical and ministry work.

Speaker: Mari Beth Poor

Mari Beth Poor served for 21 years as a teaching and missions pastor in Alabama. She now works as Director of Development for Mwana Villages, a ministry supporting orphans and families in the Republic of Congo. Co-author of Planted: Stories Jesus Wants Us to Know, she is passionate about helping others understand Scripture, apply it to life, and set healthy boundaries in life and ministry. She lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her husband Matt.

Speaker: Herb Graybil

Herb, married to Elaine Graybill, has three daughters and four grandchildren. He is executive director of AgConnect Ministries, serving farmers in Moldova, and partners with Preparing The Way Ministries in Kenya. A former dairy farmer, he now consults in dairy nutrition, agronomy, and equine nutrition with Homestead Nutrition in Pennsylvania. Elaine works as a transport coordinator at a local greenhouse and cabinet shop. Herb’s passion is sharing the light of Jesus by teaching agricultural principles, equipping farmers to feed their families and communities, and helping them increase income to support their churches and communities.

Speaker: Ryan Forbes

Ryan is a graduate of Liberty University where he double majored in Psychology: Addiction & Recovery and Religion: Biblical Studies. He has a passion to see people set free through the power of Jesus. He has been married to his beautiful wife Caitlyn for 14 years and has three children – Cayden, Cameron, and Elliana.

Speaker: Tina Sumpter

Tina Sumpter is a mental health therapist at Wellspring Christian Clinic in Birmingham, Alabama, and Women’s Ministry Coach for Good News Fellowship. She leads Radiant Women, discipling women in churches and prisons, and authored the Bible study Through Seasons of Beauty, used across several states. With degrees in German and Education and a minor in Psychology, she previously homeschooled her four children while leading ministries and teaching Bible studies. Today, Tina continues counseling, writing, and teaching, while enjoying family time with her husband and adult children, kayaking, and walking her dog, Daisy.

Speaker: Luke Weaver

Luke and Sylvia have been married 46 years and are blessed with a son, a daughter, and four grandchildren. Sylvia worked for 30 years as a Registered Nurse, while Luke, ordained at 28, pastored churches in Alabama, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. For over 20 years, he has served with Wingfield Ministries and is now director of international outreach. They have lived in Harrisonburg, Virginia, for the past 27 years.

Speaker: Pastor Brian Coles

Brian is the Lead Pastor at Petra Church, a role he assumed in January 2021 after serving as Associate Pastor since 2019 and Student Ministries Pastor from 2016–2020. Originally from Phoenixville, PA, he graduated from Valley Forge Christian College with a degree in Pastoral Counseling, where he met his wife, Tracy. Married in 2006, they have three children and previously served in youth ministry in New Jersey. Brian loves gardening, cooking, hunting, and camping with his family. He is passionate about helping people discover true life in Christ and equipping them to fulfill their God-given purpose.

Speaker: Glenn Weber

Glenn and Darla Weber are the founders of Mission Multiply, an international ministry based in Atmore, AL, that equips pastors and church leaders worldwide. Glenn also serves on the Board of Directors for Good News Fellowship, a network of 48 southeastern U.S. churches, and leads its mission partnerships in India. In addition, he is Director of Development for Preparing the Way Ministries. Married 34 years, Glenn and Darla live in Florida with four children and eleven grandchildren.

David and Lisa Seibel, married 32 years, have three grown daughters and over 30 years of church ministry experience. Both hold degrees from Christian universities. Dave works in business, helping people steward their God-given resources through investing, while Lisa is gifted prophetically with a strong heart for prayer and people. They are excited to have their daughter, Meagan, join them in ministry on this trip.

Speaker: Alex Githaiga

Alex Githaiga, a veterinarian and PTW team member, partners with Preparing The Way Ministries to provide holistic care in Kenya. He oversees community empowerment initiatives and is developing a farming curriculum that is transforming agriculture and equipping farmers across the region.

Speaker: Mbote Nduguti

Mbote Nduguti, a PTW team member and businessman, joined the staff in April 2024 after 30 years as a bank manager. He now oversees PTW’s finances in Kenya, ensuring resources are managed efficiently and in a God-honoring way
